Woo for Productivity!!
I’m really glad I finished all the errands I needed to run today! So far moving is going smoothly (and by moving, I mean finishing up business in Sugar Land and packing!)
Here’s the good things from today!
1. As mentioned earlier, getting all my errands done!
2. Getting a REALLY nice haircut at ULTA in Sugar Land :D Probably the best I’ve had in a LONG time
3. Feeling pretty pampered today (after getting my haircut, I ended up getting up eyebrows done, yay for looking female again!)
4. Getting to show Naeem my new haircut on Skype! God I love Skype!
5. Successfully making a tomato and avocado sandwich!
6. Getting to go shopping with my mom a little bit :)
I’m reserving tomorrow for packing my suitcases. I’m also excited that I’ll get to see Chhavi and Skim in the next few days. Though, today it hit me how much I’m going to miss Houston, and dare I say it Sugar Land. While driving through the school zone areas of my middle school and high school, I got really nostalgic about this city and how much I’ll miss it. In Austin, it didn’t really hit me since I came home pretty often, but now I’m starting to realize how much Sugar Land has been a part of my life, and how much I’ll miss it.
