Star Struck
The past few days have been pretty great in regards to seeing celebrities, I saw David Beckham on Sunday and basically ran into the guy from Numb3rs on the way to work yesterday, though I was too flabbergasted to say anything.

Crazy weekend!
This weekend was ridiculous, and made me really appreciate the quiet time I get when I come home. Here’s a summary:

I made a soup with Shrimp and Tofu (I used to hate tofu, what’s California done to me???)

I did make a bunch of modification though since I hate peas, and still do.
Basically I just fried some garlic and ginger paste, added the shrimp and tofu, fried them for a bit, took them out, fried carrots...
Things are looking up!
